This time converter works without an account. It currently includes no advertising or analytics tracking.
Places and preferences
Your chosen light or dark theme is saved in this browser so it applies across pages and refreshes. Light mode is the default. Remembering other preferences is optional and off by default. If enabled, your cities, saved places, view and time format are stored in this browser. They are not sent to an app server. Turning it off removes the stored settings while keeping your choices on the open page.
You can choose whether this browser remembers preferences when JavaScript is enabled.
Time and location
We use Cloudflare’s approximate IP-based city, region, country and time zone to suggest your starting city when no saved choice exists. This may reflect a VPN or network location. If detection is unavailable or uncertain, you can select your From city manually. The location endpoint is not cached and does not store your IP or location in an application database. We do not request GPS location or send your IP to another location provider. Live times follow your device clock, and conversions use the time-zone rules bundled with this app.
City data
Worldwide place names and time-zone assignments come from GeoNames, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Search downloads matching data from this site. GeoNames does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
External requests
The typeface is delivered by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download it. The hosting service receives normal page requests. Before a public launch, this policy will be updated with the operator’s contact information and the hosting provider’s data-handling details.
Advertising
Advertising is not active. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide the applicable privacy choices before enabling advertising technologies.
