Understanding UTC+3
UTC+3 is three hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. GMT+3 is commonly used for the same clock offset in everyday time conversion.
A fixed UTC+3 offset does not change for daylight saving. Regional time zones can change their offset, so use a city and a date when planning a meeting.
